Who does the program support?
Children and young people who are a part of a Kinship Care arrangement in the Southern Metropolitan Region of Melbourne • Their immediate or extended family members and social network
How does the program work?
Wesley’s Kinship Care Program provides assistance and support by the provision of the following services:
• Information and Advice Service This service offers members of the community and service provider’s information and advice about Kinship Care either through face to face meetings or by telephone contact.
• Family Service Short term intensive support provided by Wesley to families and individuals in a Kinship Care arrangement to address their specific concerns.
• Placement Support Service Short, medium and long-term case management support.
