Foster Care
Wesley's foster care program is designed to support children and young people. Throughout these placements we provide ongoing support to young people and their caregivers.

Wesley Youth Services
Wesley provides support to young people in need, who do not require protective care, through case management and outreach support.

Youth Independent Living
The Lead Tenant Program provides placement and support for adolescents, who have moved out of their family home due to court orders, and are getting ready to make the move to independent living.
Youth Residential Care
Wesley Youth Services accommodates and supports young people aged 12 to 18 who are placed on protective statutory orders.
Kinship Care is care provided by relatives or a member of a child or young person’s social network when they cannot live with their parents.

The L2P Learner Driver Mentor program supports young people in out of home care who are struggling to access support methods to accumulate the 120 hours of supervised learner driver experience required to obtain their drivers license.
