Homelessness and Support Services

Wesley Mission Melbourne is very active in supporting people experiencing homelessness. Our services include a youth refuge, a crisis service and a program focusing on the particular needs of vulnerable children.

We also provide consultancy to government and non-government agencies regarding policy and practice, as well as research and lobbying.

On Yer Feet winter campaign

As temperatures fall for winter, Wesley Mission Melbourne’s Homelessness and Support Services urges people to donate a new pair of socks to help people through the colder months. Having warm feet can make a huge difference to the quality of life for a person who is sleeping rough.

It's easy to make a difference. Simply pick up an extra item each time you go grocery shopping. Call us to arrange collection or drop your items at our Ringwood office or Lonsdale Street (City) office.

The items most needed are: tinned foods (non-perishable), coffee and long-life milk, toiletries , nappies and blankets. We also accept toys (new) and linen (laundered or new).
