Wesley Disability Support – Eastern Region

Wesley Disability Support Eastern Region (WDSE) provides residential support services to people with disabilities living in ten residences in Chirnside Park, Croydon, Kilsyth, Mt Evelyn and Ringwood. The program is administered from Croydon.

The service uses a person centred approach to involve residents in developing personal plans. This approach enables residents to make decisions about pursuing their personal goals, wishes and dreams, and provides the support required to achieve them.

Residents receive ongoing in-home support in all areas of their daily lives and are encouraged to be involved in their local community by accessing facilities and services of their choice.

Residential support staff are supervised by house Team Leaders and two Residential Coordinators.

Referrals and vacancies are managed in consultation with our funding body, the Department of Human Services.
