35 low rental, self-contained bed units with ensuite bathroom and
kitchenette.
Provides a variety of assistance for people of low income with disabilities or mental health issues.
- A safe, secure
environment in which your independence will be respected and supported.
- 24 hour personal
alarm system to summon help in an emergency.
- Laundry, dining and recreational areas and a huge garden.
- Community
Aged Care Packages arranged for people in need of support with
cleaning, shopping, bathing, medication, assistance with appointments, laundry, food preparation, meals and case management.
Packages may
be subsidised by government or purchased by the resident privately.
Residential
Housing
An accredited low-care facility for 44 people. Residents live
in group homes, with single bedrooms and shared living areas, on 14 different sites, around Coburg.
- Comfortable
2, 3 and 4 bedroom domestic homes in the City of Moreland.
- On-site staff support
with personal care and everyday activities as required.
- Independence
and individual needs respected.
- Gardens and outside smoking facilities at each house.
- A Recreation
Officer will facilitate opportunities to pursue interests and
friendships within the local community.
