Wesley Mission Victoria provides a broad range of community services in Victoria which address disadvantage, whilst advocating on a state and national basis for a just society.
As an Equal Opportunity Employer, Wesley encourages applications from Indigenous people, people from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds, people with disabilities, women and men.

Valuing and supporting our staff and volunteers is important to Wesley Mission Victoria as we recognise that without our people, we could not run our programs.  With more than 800 staff and a volunteer base  in excess of 1,500, we have a focus on welcoming diversity and planning for workforce needs. We seek employees that are committed to working alongside people in our community that are experiencing disadvantage and marginalisation.

Wesley has a vision of an Australia where all people belong regardless of ability, age, financial capacity or background. The values of Hope, Justice and Compassion inform daily work and decisions across services for people who are older, disabled, young, homeless or in crisis.

We offer a diverse range of employment opportunities and challenges and seek committed people in positions such as:

> Aged care workers
> Support workers
> Counsellors
> Employment consultants
> Managers
> Nurses
> Youth workers

We also offer career opportunities in:

> Finance
> Human Resources
> Information Systems

We support our staff in many ways. Some of the specific benefits of working at Wesley include:

> Salary packaging arrangements: a tax-effective way to increase your take-home pay. Use some of your pre-tax income to pay expenses such as mortgage repayments, rent, credit card repayments, or to put towards restaurant meals
> Attractive and contemporary work/life balance provisions such as paid parental leave, flexible work arrangements, extended leave without pay (including extended parental leave) and flexible personal leave arrangements
> Access to special corporate discounts and offers
> Access to confidential, independent employee assistance service.

As an Equal Opportunity Employer, Wesley Mission Victoria encourages applications from Indigenous people, people from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds, people with disabilities, women and men. However, only Australian Citizens, Australian permanent residents or those with a work visa may apply.
