Wesley's Pathways 2 Employment program (P2E) provides person centred planning, training, support and mentoring as part of this job skills development program for young school leavers with a disability.

Who does the program support?

- Young adults with an intellectual disability
- School leavers seeking job skills training
- People living in the North West region of Melbourne

How does the program work?

The program works with each participant to develop an individual program that is flexible, individually tailored and promotes choice and self determination.

The program can include:

- individual skills assessment
- assessment of the person interests and vocational aspirations
- development of an action plan
- exposure to employment and workplace experiences
- work experience opportunities
- individual and group training
- individual support as required
